Let me tell you Tacos Gomez is where it's at. The food is authentic, high-quality and the portions are perfect. The perfect lunch is three Carne Asada tacos (add a little bit of queso) and an order of the chicken flautas with a fruit punch Jarritos. This food truck has the best street tacos I've had in the US by far. The asada and the al pastor are *chef's kiss*: incredibly flavorful and tender. The quesadillas are a great option too, and I'm looking forward to trying the tortas on a future visit. Note that there are vegetarian options (basically vegetable fillings for tacos or quesadillas). There's plenty of parking and service is quick. There are some tables to eat at outside if you'd rather not take your food to go. There are other food trucks scattered around the space too.
Best tacos in town. We have been here repeatedly--they're always great. Get both the red and green sauces!
We used Tacos Gomez as our wedding reception caterer at our farm this past weekend. We have dined with them on numerous occasions, having relocated here from Southern California three years ago -- so we have had a fair amount of experience with both Mexican restaurants and taco trucks. They were outstanding (again) in every respect. They were right on time. They were polite and professional and delivered an awesome catering experience. Even our Mex food jaded SoCal friends remarked on the excellence of the food, it's authenticity and it's timely preparation. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A++++++
